Art Deco inspired colors and design grace historic Quakertown home

HIghly polished teal Grassello di Calce walls display movement and rich depth of color, contrasting sharply with a bright white polished Venetian plaster ceiling. The reflective Venetian plaster shines on the ceiling and wraps down to the top of the tall walls, on which an art deco-inspired border  was applied using white Venetian plaster over a custom Melanie Royals modello.  The peacock theme was carried up to the ceiling, forming a medallion for the restored lighting fixture.
