This Victorian era Main Street home, which once housed a physician's office and waiting area, comes alive with vibrant peacock blue and oyster white polished plaster. The impetus for this unusual palette began with imported glass floor tiles from Italy. The natural, imported lime plaster was custom tinted to match the rich jewel tones of the feature tiles, using all natural pigments. The creamy Grassello di Calce compresses upon burnish to a mirror like shine, and reveals the micro thin layers of transluscent plaster, providing depth and movement. A stunning oyster white custom modello from Melanie Royals introduces the peacock motif, which continues to the ceiling medallion, created in teal plaster over the white Venetian plaster ceiling. ![]() |
