Late last month, the design world was all abuzz with Pantone's naming "Tangerine Tango" as the 2012 Color of the Year. Described as a spirited and energizing reddish orange, Pantone's Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute writes, "Reminiscent of the radiant shadings of a sunset, Tangerine Tango marries the vivaciousness and adrenaline rush of red with the friendliness and warmth of yellow, to form a high-visibility, magnetic hue that emanates heat and energy."
Ready for a bold rush of tangerine? What do you think?
